Details: First month free then $300-400/mo or best offer. Based on double occupancy. 12'x10' room with dark green walls (heavily insulated for peaceful client enjoyment). sink and dark wood cabinets. Includes decorations including mirror, wood shelf, and lamp. Must provide your own lotions, sheets, etc. Must have license and malpractice insurance. Background check required.

Perks: Saturday wash and fold laundry service. We do have occasional overflow and cross-referral opportunities for the right practitioner. Online appointment booking, presence on our website if desired, your own extension on our phone tree (patches to your cell phone), beverage service for your clients.
