SKIN CARE CONSULTANTS and Technicians
BPS Retail Solutions, LLC seeks full and part-time skin care sales consultants and lab technicians in their Frisco and North Dallas based retail centers.
We are seeking people with the following characteristics:
• A passion for the skin care industry
• Previous skin care product or similar sales experience and/or an esthetician background
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Experience or understanding selling in a base plus commission environment, and
• A high intensity level
The skin care sales consultants will be performing a skin analysis for each customer and then working with the customer to select specially designed products based on the results of their specific skin analysis. Each analysis takes about twenty minutes.
The lab technician will manufacture the custom designed skin care products selected by the customers.
Candidate should have the ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours.
Our process and products are the evolutionary next step in the sale and manufacturing of cosmetic skin care products in the International Cosmetic and Toiletry Market. Our proprietary cosmetic engagement and production method focuses on:
• Personalized and Customized: Every customer receives his or her own specially designed product based on the results of their specific skin analysis; and
• Manufactured On-Site in Real Time: Once the customer selects the products recommended specifically for them, the products are dispensed into the on-site micro lab which manufactures and processes wholly fresh product recommendations desired by the customer.
