We have a new house (18months old) in Las Vegas that we need to swap for a house in Keller.
We have been given new jobs here, and currently are not in a position to sell the house in Vegas.
It is located 20mins from the strip , on the North side of the city.
We have beautiful moutain views to the North (walking distance), along with a distant view of the strip to the South. The kitchen is upgraded with high quality granite countertops and top of the range appliances. The living room has a three sided fire place. WE have two lofts, one is extra large upstairs.
The house is in a gated community with a huge park and playground. It is 2,800 sq, ft with a yard that has a grassed area, along with shingle.
