The Onsite IT Technician shall report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for providing onsite technical, program, and General IT operations support to our client managers, development staff and distribution center operations. Our wide range of clients offers the right candidate a chance to work with many different technologies and environments. From standard break/fix to more extensive projects to proactive network maintenance service, we provide the opportunity to apply your broad skill sets and make a difference in the efficiency, productivity and growth for multiple organizations.

Skills:
• Provide first line of defense for customer-reported technical issues via phone, email and remote support, both emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Effectively identify and resolve problems for timely restoration of service with minimal end-user downtime as often as possible.
• Lead/assist various operations and development teams in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of sitewide devices.
• Software installation and configuration to include: Microsoft OS, Office 2007, Mac, Linux and customized department specific applications.
• Computer and networking equipment hardware installation and configuration.
• Computer Hardware and Printer support as well as proactive maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Requires weekend and after-hours work; also requires rotation in the on-call off hours support role.
