We are a rapidly growing IT services company based in Dallas. We’ve currently got an immediate opening for a full-time Level 1 Technician. We provide remote and on-site support to our customer base covering the entire Metroplex.
The successful candidates will meet the following criteria:
-PC troubleshooting and repair experience
-Experience configuring hardware firewalls, routers and switches
-Knowledge of server configuration and maintenance
-Ability to work nights and weekends for special projects
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-The ability to multi-task
-Ability to document all activities in writing and in database
-Great customer service skills
-A+ certification or equivalent experience that will allow you to pass the exams
