We have one opening for a full-time Lead Maintenance position for someone with a solid, well-rounded technical experience. Ideal candidates should have experience in most of the following types of repairs:
• painting and sheet rock repair
• appliance installation and repairs
• plumbing, including replacing garbage disposers, water faucets, dishwashers, using a rooter, re-setting toilets, replacing cut-off valves, replacing water heaters, rebuilding shower-surrounds, and working with copper pipe.
• electrical, such as replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, installing junction boxes, replacing worn-out plugs
• carpentry, such as replacing doors, kitchen countertops, cabinets, rotten siding, and damaged railings.
• glass replacement and building window screens
• make readies on apartment units
• locks and re-keying
• inventory upkeep
• preventive maintenance
It is a plus, but not a requirement if you:
• Own your own tools
• A/C certified
• Pool certified
• Bilingual
In addition, candidates should be honest, dependable, positive, hard-working, and care about quality.
Red Door Management, Inc, is a new and growing DFW property management company for small apartments, with 50 units under management and currently expanding to manage additional properties.
Salary ranges between $12 and $14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Health benefits included.
