Action Painting Co. is seeking a full-time Regional Manager for their Dallas Office
Responsibilities Include:
• Providing painting estimates for commercial and residential customers – leads are provided
• Having and managing a Dallas painting crew
• Planning, creating timelines, supervising and implementing painting work
Requirements
• Candidate must have experience in commercial and residential painting
• Candidate must be a proven team leader and must thrive on generating new business
• Candidate must be self-motivated and eager to work
• Candidate must be able to interact professionally with customers
• Candidate must be punctual at all times and under all conditions
• Candidate must possess proven time management skills and must be able to create and adhere to a project specific timeline and meet all deadlines
• Candidate must be respectable at all times while interacting with clients, customers and employees
• Candidate must have excellent organizational skills
• Candidate must have reliable, clean and well-maintained transportation minus any bumper stickers, magnets or any form of advertising
• Candidate must have a business casual wardrobe and must dress accordingly for all painting estimates and meetings (no painting clothes allowed during estimates and/or meetings)
• Candidate must supply own crew and equipment
• Candidate must be comfortable with a flexible work schedule as evenings and weekends are sometimes required
• Wages will be discussed in detail during the interview process as this can be a profitable venture for the right person willing to put the necessary time and effort into this partnership
• Candidate will report directly to the CEO
