General maintenance technician:
Demonstrate light commercial maintenance experience to include:

• Electrical up to 240 volt AC
• Light fixture, tube, bulb, ballast repair/replacement
• Light plumbing and fixture repair/replacement
• Paint, Drywall
• Ceiling tiles
• Doors, locks/hardware
• HVAC filter change

Ability to work alone and in team environment
Exposure to various weather elements

Requirements:

Personal truck/van
Ability to scale ladder
Available to work occasional weekends and off schedule assignments
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Read, write, speak and receive directives in English
