OPERATIONS MANAGER WANTED FOR A NEW DIVISION OF GROWING TRUCKING COMPANY. We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager with 7 years minimum experience in Regional Truckload and LTL operations and dispatch management. We are a California based company, Southern Counties Express, opening a new division in Grand Prairie, TX. Ideal candidate will be a college graduate having strong computer and managerial skills backed by solid experience and references. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have quick wit, and be able to think outside of the box with the ability to multi task. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with profit/loss projections and budgeting. This will be a very hands-on position requiring a large amount of customer interface, driver recruitment as well as route planning and dispatching for owner operators.
