Be able to take the first flight out. Usually, the earliest flight in the morning has the most availability. People oversleep and miss flights often.

Select your travel dates and call Southwest Airlines at 1-866-359-7967 Inform them you have a pass.
Make note of your confirmation number, as you will need it at check-in.
Pass must be presented at a Southwest Airlines Ticket Counter at time of check-in.
Check with reservations for exact check-in times and required security documents.
