We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Product Documentation Team as Junior Technical Writer. This role will report to the Senior Technical Writer. Responsibilities will include:
• Contribute to all aspects of documentation for Telligent products, including wiki help content, flow and architectural diagrams, and instructional video.
• Contribute to multiple high-profile documentation projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven development environment, while maintaining a critical eye to detail and quality.
• Be resourceful in finding answers to questions using tools available and seeking answers from the right people in the organization.
• Adhere to corporate style guides, templates, and processes.
• Participate in special projects as required.
Qualifications
• BA or BS in technical or communications discipline
