The Senior Associate serves as a Project Manager and primary client contact for multiple small to mid-size projects. As a Project Manager, the Senior Associate has primary responsibility for preparing and reviewing budgets, developing the scope of the services and preparing proposals, coordinating staff and work distribution, and managing client deliverables. The Senior Associate also continues to serve as a project team member on projects managed by others and is able to be involved in creating solutions for non-routine, complex projects with minimal supervision. This position operates autonomously with little oversight, but defers to more senior level staff on highly complex issues.<br>

Candidate must be technically competent in concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and other structural system design and construction with experience in structural analysis and computer modeling.  Candidate will develop inspection/investigation programs including field assessment, documentation of distress, field testing, sampling, photographing, and sketching.  Work will typically include engineering analysis, monitoring laboratory testing, research, investigation data reduction, developing alternate schemes for solving problems, and repair design.  Candidate will prepare written documents including bid documents, addenda, change orders, site visit reports, and detailed engineering reports. <br>

•	PhD or Master's degree in Structural Engineering with 10 years of experience with an engineering firm and expertise in one or more of WJE's primary practices <br>
•	Licensed appropriately for area of expertise <br>

•	Strong technical and general written and oral communication skills <br>

As a Mechanical Engineer II you will:<br>
<br>
Produce and coordinate the design of mechanical building systems(HVAC/Plumbing & Fire Protection) utilizing ABS AutoCAD technology. <br>
Conduct site visits, review shop drawings and submittals and answer contractor’s RFI’s<br>
Prepare calculations for mechanical equipment sizing and selection.<br>
Select, schedule and layout mechanical systems/equipment. <br>
Compose specifications and modify when necessary. <br>
Attend client meetings<br>
Act as project manager on smaller scale projects<br>
<br>
Ideal candidates will possess:<br>
<br>
BSME or BSAE w/mechanical specialty<br>
EI or PE preferred<br>
4+ Years of experience in the A/E environment with healthcare design preferably<br>
Demonstrated success in project design <br>
Experience in working with a team of professionals <br>
Good oral and written communication skills <br>
Commitment to quality service and engineering<br>
Knowledge of LEED a plus<br>
Experience with Trane Trace, Carrier HAP<br>

Makes recommendations, performs repairs, replacement maintenance and implements preventive maintenance as established by Company procedures and guidelines.<br>

Previous maintenance supervisor or three years property management maintenance experience required.<br>

Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:<br>
Must be HVAC certified.  Must possess working knowledge of heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, etc. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.  Must posses strong time management skills. Must be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy required; Professional and working knowledge of MS Office application with emphasis on Excel and Word. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Must be able to work flexible schedule and weekends as needed.<br>

This is a unique position and unlike any traditional ‘call-center’ customer service environment: our service representatives are extensions of our field sales-force and problem solve shoulder-to-shoulder with the sales team and the customer.  Although you are not ‘selling’, you would be a key component in ensuring the sale closes in a timely and accurate manner.  You will support and augment the field sales organization while attending to the daily sales and customer service functions for a specific geographic territory by performing the following essential duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1.	Establish and maintain contact by phone with new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
<br>
2.	Support Regional Sales Manager, Regional Representatives and Distributors, and act as inside interface for customers.
<br>
3.	Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to aggressively bring the market to maximum sales dollars and achieve territorial goals.
<br>
4.	Communicate with the Regional Sales Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor regarding sales opportunities, problems, issues or concerns.

5.	Quote prices for orders obtained.
<br>
6.	Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
<br>
7.	Gather, process and file any faxed orders, expedites, sample requests and stock checks, reporting any potential problems to Customer Service Supervisor and Inside Sales Supervisor immediately.

8.	Focus OEM/Distributor open order maintenance by using weekly updates and forecasts.

9.	Data Entry and Claims Administration for assigned territory.
<br>
10.	Proofread data entry orders after input.
<br>
11.	Provide backup for sample and forecast order entry as required.

12.	Review and analyze expedite, backlog, POS, sales history and sample logs and reports in order to achieve focus and closure to key opportunity in the inside sales representative’s territory.

OTHER  SKILLS:

We are searching for a Senior Engineer in Refrigeration who will specialize in the design and development of refrigeration components to accomplish design specifications of our quality kitchen equipment.  You will also develop the testing protocol and perform testing and certification for the design.<br>
What You Will Do:<br>
•	Read and interpret regulatory compliance rules and apply in new designs.<br>
•	Review design drawings and researches information to assist customer in developing the required specifications. <br>
•	Develop test criteria for refrigeration equipment using knowledge of mechanical engineering technology. <br>
•	Set-up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate design proposals for improving equipment performance and obtain data for research and development, standardization, and quality control.<br>
•	Develop and improve designs of refrigeration systems. Design systems to provide maximum customer value and function, including improved economy and safety of operation, control of operational performance at optimum costs.  Produce detailed electrical and refrigerated schematics.<br>
•	Oversee engineering development of fabrication in conformance with applicable codes and regulations. <br>
•	Provides training and guidance to Project Engineer and Draftsman. <br>
•	Troubleshoots manufacturer and performance problems and implement solutions; including occasional customer site visits. <br>
•	Obtain certifications as required under UL, NSF, Ansul, and NCE.<br>

•	Demonstrated experience with refrigeration design and manufacturing process.<br>
•	A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with applicable work experience.<br>
•	Outstanding communication and presentation skills.<br>
•	TEAM attitude.<br>
•	The desire to be very “hands on” with each design and project.<br>
•	Applicable PC/software skills<br>
