I put a lot of work into this table, but unfortunately I need the space in my apartment. I refinished the table top that was previously painted and discovered a butcher block table top. I loved it, and so I sanded it smooth and put 4 coats of polyurethane on it. Table has a leaf that folds down into the table, so no need to worry about where to store it. It can also be used as a direct over the fire grilling surface, the lid over the fire also serves as a hot plate, the springs on the handles never get hot to the touch, the smoking area will hold up to 5 large briskets. I installed a burner that works with propane which works great for all night slow cooking, and the bottom grate is for wood storage or other.
