The responsibility of this position is AR cash posting – including lockbox deposits, COD’s, wires and credit cards. Process credit card charges and credits through POS Partner, Research customer account problems and posting credit/debit memos as well as contacting and assisting customers. High school diploma with 3 – 4 years experience in credit administration required. Must have excellent oral and written communication, computer, and mathematic skills.
