I have a great looking grey horse for sale. He has had 4 months professional training when he was yonger. He is out of the a hollywood gold mare from the 6666's ranch. Some of the names on his papers are Col Bill Cutter, Colonel Freckles, Doc Bar, Doc O' Lena, Arrowhead Badger, Doc's Hickory. Just to name a few. He has been worked on the flag and cattle when he was in training. I have only done sorting on him one time and you could really tell he knew what he was doing. Turbo Drive is a 1991, 16 hand black gelding; he is a FINISHED head and heel horse (I use him as a head horse most of the time). Turbo Drive filled his PRCA permit in 5 rodeos in 2007; he will make a great High School Rodeo horse. He is currently being roped on by a 6 header and is winning; he will however win with low numbers too. Turbo Drive is quiet in the box every time, he is gentle on the ground, loads well, ties and stands nicely, gets along with other horses and is wonderful on the trails. He is sound and legs are clean, he has never taken an unsound step. Turbo Drive was a pony horse until he became a rope horse five years ago, so there is a lot rope horse left in him; he loves his job and does it well everytime. This horse is currently roping each week and winning....he is not one of these geldings that is rusty, turned out and that is going to take weeks or months to get in shape; he is ready to go now and win!!!

A BEGINNERS HORSE OWNERSHIP PROGRAM

Over the years we have encountered disreputable horse dealers and private sellers who have completely misrepresented their horses, and we were discouraged. We started thinking about all the people out there that were discouraged as well and didn�t know where to turn, for a horse or even for good advice.
We at Passion Horse Ranch and Rescue have developed a program called �My New Passion�, A Horse Ownership Program, and it is geared to you� the beginner, who is attempting to step into the amazingly rewarding life of horses, but without all the negatives. We also service and encourage those of you who may have had past experiences with horses, but after a long period of time away, are ready to return to the passion you once enjoyed.
We run a highly reputable draft and PMU horse non profit 501 (3c) rescue in Joshua, TX. We are affiliated with The Humane Society of North Texas, the ASPCA, and many others. Most of our focus is on rescuing horses, but in order to supplement the financial running of the ranch, and to offset the costs of feed and rescues, we also have a very successful lesson and horse training program in place, and have for several years. We have now decided to package everything we learned the hard way to help beginner's like you find the joy of horse ownership that we have found in one place, and at the same time, help us to raise more funds to rescue and feed more horses in need.
Statistically, about 60% of beginner's who get into horses are done within a year! We believe this is because they did not get the right horse nor a good education nor the SUPPORT that one needs to make this a pleasant and fun journey like it should be. We will help you choose a horse that is carefully tailored to your skills, desires and your comfort level. The whole purpose of this program is for "One stop shopping and advice". We want you to have that �riding off into the sunset" feeling, not the "I got bucked off ,and now I'm done" effect that almost certainly ruins the experience.
We here at Passion Horse are trail riders. We organize a trail ride every month weather allowing. You will be invited to attend these fun and exciting rides, as well as other periodic "horsey" events, once you have your horse. Believe me, you will get hooked! We camp with our horses also. An activity many are not even aware exists!
We have found that a lot of people really want a horse, but just don�t know where to turn for advice or where to go if they have questions, or even where to go to buy their dream horse. That�s where we come in� We have two options available for new horse ownership�

OPTION #1 A or B:
� You purchase a broke well-trained horse that we already have in our inventory. Your purchase price will include a 30 (option 1A) or 60 (option 1B) day training program with full board. You will take either 4 or 8 1 hour lessons on your new horse, here at our facility. We will evaluate your riding skills and direct you to the horse we feel will be your best match. You will take your lessons on your horse, getting to know him and him getting to know you as well. After you have completed your program, we will deliver the horse to wherever you are planning on keeping him, or you can arrange to continue boarding here at our facility. (We have very reasonable rates, and a covered arena!) Price for this option starts at $1200 for the 30 day plan and goes up depending on the value of the horse you choose and the package length you choose.

OPTION #2: A or B
� You come to us and tell us what you are looking for in a horse. You can specify gender, age range, height, but generally not color. (A good horse is never a bad color!!) We go out and actively search for your perfect horse. We will �test-drive� and �tire kick� a lot of horses looking for the perfect horse for YOU. This can sometimes take a few weeks, but we WILL find your match. Your new horse comes to our facility, and before you ever get up on him, we will put up to 30 days of refresher training on him to make sure he is going to be safe for you. You are more than welcome, and actively encouraged to come and visit your new baby. Bring lots of love and cookies!! After that, you have a 30 (2A) or 60 (2B) day option of lessons and full board, same as above. Also either delivery or continued boarding are available. This is a more expensive option, but keep in mind; it�s a personalized and custom service. We do all the work so you don�t have to. Besides, you�ve already searched forever and waited this long to own a horse, what�s a few more weeks going to matter? Price for this option starts at $1200 and will be determined by the actual sale price of the horse we find for you. This option also requires a non-refundable deposit of $500.

Included in either option you choose are also several other �lessons�. These include, but are not limited to:
� Shelter requirements and fencing advice
� What to feed and when
� Grooming and bathing lessons and tips
� Exercise and turnout requirements
� How to keep a well-stocked medicine cabinet for everyday occurrences and minor emergencies
� Hoof care advice
� Trailer advice and trailering lessons
� Any other questions you could possible have!!

Please keep in mind that we have been where you are and we remember some of the silly questions we asked and some of the stupid things we did. We wished there had been someone that we could trust who would've taken us by the hand and told us everything we ever needed to know about horse ownership all at once. There wasn�t, so we created this program to help those who come after�
Whatever option you choose, please remember 2 things�
1) That you will always have someone here at Passion Horse ready and willing to answer whatever questions you have, even after you and your horse leave our premises. We won�t cut you off, we will never steer you wrong, and we will never give you bad advice. We want you to enjoy your horse as much as we enjoy ours, and hopefully, you�ll become part of our close-knit horse family.
2) You should continue to take lessons here or at another location of your choice. We actively encourage you to continue learning horsemanship either with us or someone else. Following the path to good horsemanship never ends but the journey is amazing�

TACK PACKAGES:

We know how confusing tack can be, especially in some of the larger tack shops. The choices are overwhelming! Have you ever just gone to a large tack shop and looked at the bit wall? Holy cow, talk about confusing!! 1000's of bits, all mysterious, and all designed to do something different? How about the 100's of different saddles? Or the 1000's of different headstalls and breast collars, and girths, and, etc., etc., etc.,? What�s a beginner to do? It seems that everyone you ask has an opinion about what will work, and what won�t, and nobody agrees on anything!! Well, we have a solution to that problem as well. Starting at around $400 for a very basic synthetic saddle package, we will completely outfit your horse for you. We will put together everything you could possibly need for your new horse in one transaction. Now of course, upgrades are available, and we will show you a lot of different options, but we will NOT sell you something that you don�t need or something that is useless.

Packages will include:
1. 1 rope halter and lead
2. 1 basic grooming kit (body brush, curry comb, mane comb, hoof pick, and a tote to carry it around in)
3. 1 leather headstall with a handmade bridle charm.
4. 1 bit specifically picked out for your particular horse's best response.
5. 1 set of reins, split or roper, your choice
6. 1 felt under saddle pad *
7. 1 Western saddle (your choice of color) with 1 set of stirrups and complete rigging (tie strap, girth, and off-billet)
8. 1 breast collar (if the saddle you pick out comes with one, otherwise it�s an upgrade)

Wool saddle blankets are NOT included in the package, but can be purchased separately in a variety of styles and colors, starting at $80.

We have a very good �Equine Tack and Fashion Coordinator� available if you need help putting together a functionable, yet fashionable tack package. She knows how overwhelming the options are, and can help you weed through all the choices and come up with the perfect package for you!!

* We will strongly recommend that you purchase separately, either from us, or from somewhere else, a good non-slip under saddle pad like a Reinsman Tacky Too pad. These are a lifesaver and probably the most important piece of safety equiptment we will ever tell you about. They are expensive, but well worth the price of your safety. We will have those available as well, in a variety of colors and patterns, starting at $95.

AQHA Registered blue/red roan mare. 6 years old 16hh 1100lbs. Broke as a 3yr old, I bought this horse in november 08 and have been ridin her since october08. She was my first horse and wasnt finished so i thought buyin her would be a good experience for the both of us to learn together. She stayed at my trainers for 9 months and we worked on barrels, poles, western pleasure, western showmanship, and halter. She's done many barrel and pole clinics and after about 6 months was ready to be pushed on them but i wasnt ready to push. I took her to 3 shows back in febuary and march and did a walk-jog class in western pleasure, halter, and western showmanship. She placed in all 3 events. Almost took her to district and then state but didnt have the money. I brought her home in june to get more comfortable with her. Shes been home since and now trusts me and i trust her, but i gave up on my rodeo dream so shes just been used for trail and basic ridin. I played around on barrels a few times over summer and she remembered what she was doin and didnt wanna quit. Shes never had health problems. Never been lame. Mostly willing for everything, but DOES NOT like golf carts or christmas lights. Thats all i know that spooks her. Shes been rode up and down roads, threw fields, pastures, crosses water(actually she loves to play in it), i got her to cross railroad tracks a few times, trains, 4wheelers, motocycles,&cars dont scare her. Good with other animals. Took her to FFA carnival and used at pettin zoo. Been around little kids and i give them pony rides. She does like to test new riders sometimes but nothing major if you know how to ride. Shes a great horse and i love her dearly but since i quit show and rodeo,i dont need her. Murray 17hp/42" Riding Lawnmower (Haslet) $100

I bought this 17hp/42" Murray mower almost 8 years ago. Please note it is NOT a v-twin. It has always been well maintained and I never had an engine troubles until now. I was driving it to get ready to go mow, when it made 2 clank sounds and engine shut off. It is NOT seized up. It turns over all day long but doesn't even attempt to start. I suspect a rod or something is broken, but I simply and ready to move on to a ZTR. I'm confident it can be fixed, but have no desire to fix it. If you don't want to fix it, there are several good parts still on it.

The only other thing I can think to mentions is the plastic hood clips have broken about 3-4 months back and I have had it aggie engineered for a bit, but just started leaving it off. There is also a burn whole from the exhaust on the side of the hood where it one of the clips initially broke and it shifted to one side and I didn't notice it.

There are 3 new tires on it this year. The wheels and tires alone are worth $100.

Also, the automatic transmission is fine, but I have never been able to get it into neutral to push freely. I currently have it on a trailer. I recommend having a trailer as it will be a chore to get in the back of a truck.

flash fire killed many acres of mature oak on our farm a couple of years back, the trees are still standing but most had the bark burned/scorched off which in turn killed them. I have several areas available to cut on that you can drive right into, cut all you want under these terms.

1. Leave the stumps at least 36 high so we have something to push on when the time comes.
2. Drop half of what you cut at the gate when you are done
3. No drinking, drugs, weapons, fires, or hunting
4. Leave no trash.
5. Do not cut any live trees, if in doubt leave it alone.

Location is aprox 11 miles south of Bridgeport off FM 920, 20 miles north of Weatherford. You can cut during day light hours 7 days a week. Email for specifics.

If you have a splitter and are willing to split for us we can work out a better deal, if you want to take all you cut then the rate is 75$ a cord, 15$ per full sized level pick up load.

New Bale Buggy (Bowie (NW of DFW)) $850

This is a new construction bale buggy made from new materials. The axle is a 3,500 pound capacity axle with new 15 inch wheels and tires. The bale spear is forged steel and is rated for a 3,500 pound load. The hitch is for a 2 inch ball and has safety chains. All structural steel is new and made from 1/4 and 3/8 inch thick steel with 3/16 inch thick braces. The bale spear and the stabilizers are replaceable. The winch is a hand-operated 2,500 pound capacity winch with 2 inch nylon webbing and two-speed drive. The axle features grease zerks on the hubs allowing the axle bearings to be lubricated quickly and easily without removing the hubs.

This design is easier to use than either the tumble or fork-under styles. There are no electrical connections necessary for this to operate unlike the tumble style, and positioning of the buggy to the bale when loading is less critical than with the fork-under style. Also, with the spear there is a positive attachment to the bale preventing it from coming off the buggy when taking corners or in the event of a collision involving the tow vehicle.

The rotating part of the buggy rotates 60 degrees placing approximately 40% of the bale weight forward of the axle which reduces the tongue-light condition found with most traditional bale buggies. Also, the pivot point is offset to the rear creating a lifting effect when the bale is rotated forwards. This causes the bale to be lifted off the ground as the bale pivots forward. Clearance to the ground from the bale is approximately 12 inches or more meaning you won't be dragging your bales on the ground and losing hay.

This is a new piece of equipment and is made from new, sturdy materials for years of service.

I have been ridding her for a costumer she was sent for trailer anxitey and she is over that now she is a great ridding mare she neck reigns really nice. she is smooth ridding.
