Position Aptitudes:

- Ability to accept direction and assume responsibility
- Ability to set priorities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to coordinate projects with co-workers, including cross sharing/training of skill sets
- Ability to analyze problems and follow through with solutions
- Ability to work independantly


Essential Job Functions:

- Responsible to bring expedient closure to all accounts within the assigned Project and/or Product Line
- Responsible for maintaining thorough understanding of Medicare claims generation and billing process
- Monitor and reconcile submitted bills for proper payment and address any rejected claims in a timely manner
- Manage workload and consistently meet multiple deadlines as assigned
- Contact Fiscal Intermediaries and Hospital designated Personnel to resolve accounts within the assigned Project and/or Product Line
- Assist external clients, as applicable to enable high quality service, positive outcomes and rapid completion of all assigned project(s)
- Other duties as assigned
