TIP: Does your Accountant charge you to sort through your tax documents? Negotiate a lesser fee to send it sorted and organized.

Organize your GARAGE or SALE - Has your garage become a storage facility? Do you dread all the preparation it takes to have a garage sale?

TIP: Keep items that you intend to sell or give away in a central easy-to-get-to location, preferably in boxes or bags. This is a good way to visually keep tabs on how much is accumulating for a garage sale or trip to your favorite charity center.

Pack & Organize your BOXES when you relocate - Careful planning can save money during your move, as well as reduce the chance that anything will be lost in the transit. Organizing your office or household items as you unpack also reduces down-time during the move.

TIP: Most of us do not immediately unpack after moving so try cross referencing. Write the contents of the box on an index card. Buy a recipe card box if you plan to have numerous items stored off-site, in the garage or attic. Label the index card at the top with a "#1" and also on the box. Use a separate card for each box. This comes in handy with Christmas decorations. Locate the index card with Xmas decorations and bring out only the boxes with the corresponding numbers.

Organize your Children's TOYS - Do you hide the toys under the bed or toss them in the closet?

TIP: Containerize, Containerize, Containerize. Either clear or color containers that you can label. Same size so they stack nicely in the closet, under the bed or on shelves. Containerize with like items. As you put like items together, decide what can be given away or thrown away BEFORE containerizing it.

TIP: Set-up your child's room into different stations like the "Kid's Club" or your school's Kindergarten classroom. For example, ARTS/CRAFTS section, PUPPET theatre, DRESS-UP section, KITCHEN/COOKING station. Keep in mind your child's age and 'upgrade' the stations as they get older.

Organize your MEMORABILIA - Do you have shoe boxes overflowing with family photos or your children's artwork & school papers?

TIP: Display as much memorabilia as possible. If it's Out-Of-Sight, it's most likely Out-Of-Mind. FRAME-IT, BOX-IT, BOOK-IT - Get it out for everyone to enjoy. Before displaying your photos, organize them by categories. This makes it easier to decide which ones and how to display them, especially if you are a scrapbooker.

Can count on them. They are fair, honest, and dependable.
My garage door's spring broke in the middle of the night, trapping my car in the garage. They had someone too my house, within an hour. He had my door's springs replaced, and door serviced, within an hour of his arrival. Because of their professionalism, and dedication, I didn't have to call in to work, or burn a sick day.
