HR/Recruiter Consultant
Position Summary
In partnership with management and employees, the Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for talent acquisition. Using your adept skills of building and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with clients, you will be involved in talent acquisition and retention, compensation, training, change management and organizational engagement activities. This position will serve as a consultant, recruiter and thought partner for the business leadership team.
Organization Structure and Reporting
This role will interface with all levels of employees and supports over 1,000 employees in Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

Performance Objectives
HR responsibilities:
Establish an effective relationship with all assigned client groups
Engage as a strategic consultant, providing a wide range of solutions, with the expected result of successful partnership in which the HR recruiter is an active participant in the business endeavors.
Demonstrate the ability to influence and persuade client groups both verbally and in writing. This will include communication as the result of relationship building, articulating presentations to a variety of audiences, and authoring or influencing documentation pertaining to employee relations issues.
Develop a thorough understanding of HR tools such as PeopleSoft, and the selected ATS. Master the ability to navigate the systems, answer client questions and use the system to help solve problems.
Recruiter responsibilities
Contribute to workforce and succession planning for assigned client groups to develop strategic hiring plans.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements for open positions.
Develop a diverse talent pipeline; develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to include professional networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertising, and search firms.
Facilitate internal mobility by tracking the internal talent pool and serving as a career advocate for employees through coaching and connecting them with internal opportunities.
Develop and close competitive offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5+ years directly related Human Resources generalist experience and 2+ years recruiting experience.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders, managers, employees and HR colleagues.
Proven success identifying and attracting top talent using innovative but cost effective recruiting methods including direct sourcing.
Strong ability to communicate with and influence management on issues of organizational development and talent management.
Knowledge of EEOC regulations and applicable federal/state laws.
Exhibit strong persuasion, influencing and mediation skills.
Strong people, project, and program management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate point of view to various staff levels, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication.
High energy with a strong customer service orientation.
