Established finance and manufacturing company located in North Fort Worth has immediate opening for an accountant/bookkeeper that will report directly to CFO. Starting pay $35,000 - $40,000 salary.
Position is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
This person will perform duties such as:
Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable,
Banking duties,
Organize and maintain overall management and integrity of accounting records and files,
Prepare all checks for signature,
Prepare vendor invoices,
Assist in maintenance of promissory notes,
Assist in maintenance of real estate files, and
Other duties as may be required
This position will interact directly with our Chief Financial Officer.
Strong skills in Quickbooks is a necessity. Experience in manufacturing, finance or real estate industry is a plus.
Additional requirements:
Strong math skills,
Exceptional organizational skills,
Polished oral and writing skills, and
Strong, functional knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
(Skill testing in these areas may be required)
Degree required, CPA is not necessary. A degree in accounting, finance or related field is a plus.
