SUMMARY: Thirty-Seven continuous years as a professional in the construction industry. The majority of those as a self-employed General Contractor, working as a Custom Trim Carpenter and Remodeling Expert.
• Started in the construction industry in 1972, working at Stovall Custom Cabinets, boxing base cabinets, assembling drawers, and setting cabinets. Continued working in cabinet shops
throughout the metroplex for the next ten years, moving up to the position of Service Foreman at Parkhurst Cabinets in North Richland Hills.
• Began a company called Texas Best Interiors, trimming new construction for builders including Nancy Moffett Custom Homes, Tan Lee Custom Homes, and Tommy Johnson Custom
Homes. Also during this period I worked as the foreman of Richard’s Cabinets in Bedford.
• Started subcontracting for B&R Builders, working on extensive remodels. Completed all phases of remodeling including cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, complete gutting of homes.
• Trimmed new construction custom homes in Dallas and surrounding areas for builders including Huntington Homes, Sanders Homes, and Howard Homes. Began doing custom trim for
Davis Homes and Watermark Homes.
• Worked on high-end custom homes in Dallas for Jim Bradley, Inc., doing new construction and extensive remodels.
• The last several years have been spent in Fort Worth, working for Hull Historical Restoration, Hull Watson Homes, and Watson Group Custom Homes, doing custom trim work on multi-
million dollar homes in Mira Vista, Montserrat, and in the Monticello area. Worked on extensive custom remodeling in those areas as well.
