We are seeking a full time talented designer and programmer to work here in the office located at I-35 and Renfro in Burleson, Texas. We are a small casual established technology company that develops email marketing campaigns, online affiliate marketing iniatives and online web apps.
Fun Stuff You Get To Work On
• Design and pProgram websites and design and HTML coding of all outbound marketing emails
• Experience with PHP and developing backend driven websites and applications
• Build and test all email campaigns to ensure the creative, copy and links are correct
• Test all websites to achieve consistent appearance across all major browsers
• Maintain awareness of email marketing trends/technologies/CAN-SPAM laws
• Assist in new online marketing projects/initiatives as necessary

Cool Stuff You’ve Done Before
• 2+ years experience with developing HTML, XHTML & CSS
• 2+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite software
• 2+years experience building databases with MySQL
• 2+years experience with PHP
• An understanding of the differences between coding for email and coding for the web
• Ability to perform in pressure and time sensitive situation
• Highly organized
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail
• Good understanding of CAN-SPAM laws, a plus
