Design firm is in need of a Freelance Flash Designer for work overflow on as need basis. Work from home. I need the following from this person please:
*MUST be available during business hours (8-5). Prefer someone who is a full-time freelancer who is also available when needed in the evenings or weekends to meet deadlines or rush projects.
*MUST be dependable, reliable, prompt on project deadlines and returns emails and phonecalls at all times. I need to know that I can count on you to get the job done without me having to hunt you down.
*MUST be experienced and know Flash rather well. I need to throw you the concepts, supply graphics to you and have you run with it and illustrate what I need. I would like to see a 1-2 day turnaround on proofs depending on the project. I'm easy going and flexible on matters but when I need things done, please get them done.
