· Inspect pieces for quality regarding craftsmanship and sanding
· Sand and prep all types of frames and pieces prior to finishing
· Consistently match stains and paints used for various jobs
· Document procedures and steps in the finishing department to obtain the same results every time
· Produce consistent work quality at a consistent pace
· Keep inventory of all materials used in the finishing department
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for work
· Perform all other duties necessary to complete the job relating finishing


Qualifications:
· 5 years minimum experience in finishing
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must be dependable and on-time to work
