This position is responsible for the following:
*Leasing & resident retention
*Maintains resident records
*Greets prospective residents and determines their needs and preferences
*Professionally presents features and benefits of the community and properly secures lease agreements from qualified persons
*Computer knowledge.
*Must be well organized, outgoing, professional, detail-oriented, and provide excellent customer service
*Weekend work required
