While you are training to learn commercial real estate leasing and property management, we want you to work on marketing. Duties will include:

� Data Mining on the internet to find potential tenants
� Utilizing Craig�s list and other advertising mediums

Need someone that has reasonably good assertiveness skills, as this position requires "selling" and negotiation with prospective tenants. It also involves office and administrative work, working hand in hand with the leasing agent, some construction management, and dealing with tenants. This person may also assist in handles evictions and court appearances (we have several each month).

Must have good computer skills (especially good excel, word and internet), good grammar, spelling and speaking skills, some approval of bills, strategic skills, allocation to different entities, sorting, contract skills, can do attitude. Marketing will be the primary duty. Position is Monday through Friday. Must have a vehicle and must be 25 years old.

Position pays a salary of $500.00 weekly with bonus potential, and within 12 months commissions based on performance in addition to or that exceeds the salary. Increase in salary is possible for experience and skill including computer skills and commercial property management.
