This position requires excellent computer skills, including excel including formulas and word, and experience posting into blogs, effective use of browsers, Facebook, EBay, Craig's list, uploading and storing photos, emails and attachments, and understanding Google and other search engines, how they work including page rank. Pay per click experience and management of domains (we have over 200) and sites (we have over 100) is a plus. <br>

We test for all of these things. You will be asked to build a small excel sheet with formulas, post into a word press blog, and other items mentioned. You will like the work environment and challenge including helping us achieve us good page rank in the search engines. In an effort to thin no shows for interviews, we report all no shows to the Texas Workforce Commission, so please don't submit a resume unless you are seriously looking for work. <br>

While you are training to learn commercial real estate leasing and property management, we want you to work on marketing. Duties will include:<br>
<br>
•	Data Mining on the internet to find potential tenants<br>
•	Utilizing Craig’s list and other advertising mediums<br>
•	You will be asked to learn key word strategies, and Search Engine Optimization for our web sites (real estate and other businesses), and prepare content for the sites<br>
•	Blog postings into our blogs<br>
•	Outside sales calls to apartments in the area, mining for tenants for our self storage<br>
•	Internal brochures and other marketing materials<br>

We have historically hired someone and trained them, so attitude and desire to learn the business is more important than experience. There is no better way to break into the commercial property leasing market.  We have several hundred tenants spread out over 650,000+ sf and multiple websites.  Need someone that has reasonably good assertiveness skills, as this position requires "selling" and negotiation with prospective tenants. It also involves office and administrative work, working hand in hand with the leasing agent, some construction management, and dealing with tenants. This person may also assist in handles evictions and court appearances (we have several each month).  <br>
<br>
Must have good computer skills (especially good excel, word and internet), good grammar, spelling and speaking skills, some approval of bills, strategic skills, allocation to different entities, sorting, contract skills, can do attitude.  Marketing will be the primary duty.   Position is Monday through Friday.  Must have a vehicle and must be 25 years old.<br>

Position pays a salary of $500.00 weekly with bonus potential, and within 12 months commissions based on performance in addition to or that exceeds the salary.  Increase in salary is possible for experience and skill including computer skills and commercial property management.<br>
 <br>
It's a good opportunity for someone to get started on the ground floor and work their way up in a good profession. We currently have 300+ tenants, so it's busy, although the average tenant goes for months without contacting us. <br>

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: <br>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <br>
•Assist in on site operations <br>
•Handle all details of Move Ins, Move Outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection checkins and checkouts. <br>
•Maintain resident records in One Site. <br>
•Assist Manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits and petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc. <br>
•Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by owners. <br>
•Handle lease negotiations and renewals. Work with residents and resident complaints. <br>
•Show apartments to perspective residents. <br>
•Work with maintenance team on make ready process for renting <br>
•Assist Manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations. <br>
•Working with maintenance team for work orders <br>
<br>
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: <br>
<br>
•High School Diploma <br>
•2 years of experience in property management <br>
•Language skills – Bilingual is a must <br>
<br>
Desired Candidate to posses: <br>
A positive mental attitude and demonstrate leadership skills.&#61553; <br>
