I am looking to rent a building to start a thrift shop. It can be an old gas station, an old small grocery store, car dealer lot, metal barn, etc. The more parking, the better.

Would like to trade clean-up/repairs for a few months rent or work something out to where the 1st 3-6 months are very cheap or free, if possible.
