Hi, I am looking for a fixer -upper home, or an owner financed house. I'm not an investor, just looking for a home. They don't want to spend over $55k for a house. We have about$6-7K for a down payment, and need owner financing on the rest. Need the house to be north of downtown Fort Worth. Can be Northside, Sansom park, River Oaks, Haltom, Wautuga, Saginaw, Haslet, Lake Worth. Just has to be North of I30 because my grandparents live in Saginaw, and my mom will be caring for them so she needs a fairly shorter drive. If you can help us out, Please let me know. Please email me if you have something. Not really picky on how much work is needed, I will be doing the work myself. I am a carpenter by trade, so remodeling won't be a problem for me.
