The Roomates:

We're an easy-going couple and two male roommates, all around 30 years old, give or take a couple of years. The room is available for immediate occupancy. However, if you have any doubts about being able to afford your monthly rent or utility portion, please do not waste my time or yours.

As stated, the rent is $300. per month, plus half of the utilities which I would estimate to be around $100-$150, give or take. You will have access to all areas of the house. Kitchen, living area, dining room, covered back patio, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer). Rent will be prorated if you move in before or after the first.

I am looking for a clean, quiet, responsible, drama-free female, that is looking for something for a minimum of a 6 month time period.

NO Scammers, NO drugs, smoking ONLY OUTSIDE (but better if not at all), No crimminal history.

What you need: Be female, have verifiable Employment (working outside the home), or school enrollment, two references, $300. for your first full month of rent plus any prorated amount if applicable, all BEFORE you move in (may be able to help you out with this if it is really high).
