The Product Specialist is responsible for all the support and implementation issues at a client site. The position requires limited travel to key client sites to promote and maintain treasury software communication applications with detailed knowledge of X25, Etebac 3 & 5 protocols, methologies and Smart Cards

Responsibilities:
1, Understand value of all products offered by our clients which include Treasury Workstation, Outside the core offerings, other products include Lex, STN, etreasury, ASP, and BDR, Cash Predictor as well as any other additional products.
2, .Document all client interaction and maintain all client contact information in salesforce. Maintain copies of all assigned client files in the Working and Master folders. Utilize Test Track and Client Services Guideline procedures.
3, Expertise with communication protocols (X.25, TCP/IP, XMODEM) and security methodologies (ETIBAC 5, Etibac 3, SMART CARDS).
4, Expertise with data communications related to financial transactions between corporations and banking institutions.
5, All types of Encryptions and Decryption Processes
6, Interface build with accounting system to include JDEward & SAP
