We are looking for a part time Airbrush Tanning Technician (10-20 hrs/week) , to provide not only the superior service our clients demand but the amazing results they love. Our ideal candidate will be responsible, have an outgoing personality, accountable for their actions, and a team player.

Hours
The ideal employee will have a flexible schedule. You will work 10-20 hours per week. The hours would range from :
Mon-Fri - 11-8
Sat 10-5
A typical shift would be 4-5 hours, sometimes longer. The typical shift is usually from 3 pm to 7pm weekdays, and 12/1 pm to 5pm on Saturday. There are days that are busier than others (Wed-Fri) but we would also need coverage on certain other days.
Position Responsibilities
-Applying custom airbrush tans to clients flawlessly, every time
-Holding a high level of standards on every client
-Sales (Selling of Packages and Products)
-Customer Service
-General Office Duties (Answer Phones, Booking Appointments, etc)
-Cleaning (Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the studio, laundry)
-Opening and Closing Duties
-Any other responsibilities

Requirements
-Must be 18 years old
-HS Degree
-Must pass drug and background check
-Airbrush Tanning experience a MAJOR PLUS (We will train the *PERFECT* person)

-Must Sign a Non Compete Clause
PAY
Pay is $8 and hour to start, training process is very in depth.
After the initial training and a probationary period, the pay will be increased to $10. This usually takes 30-90 days. You still get commissions on packages and tips. The average tip per ticket is around $12.
