You are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members.
This is a high energy, fast paced and dynamic sales position. You will be responsible for meeting with new prospective members and reviewing their fitness goals, identifying why they have failed in the past and presenting our membership and personal training packages and most importantly, closing the sale.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Obtaining leads from within the community using commmunity outreach and local promotions.
Generating leads/new business internally t hrough member promotions, referrals, and dissemination of guest passes. Must be comfortable contacting leads generated via the phone.
Book appointments, provide customer follow-up and ensure customer retention.
Accurately complete contracts, sales reports and other membership sales administrative documents.
Must consistently achieve or exceeed personal sales goals.
Must tour potential members through the club and described facilities, equipment, services, and amenities.
Follow-up with members that have enrolled to ensure they are exceeding expectations.
