Ed2Net Learning is looking for part time “Coordinator and Technical Support” personnel in the Fort Worth, Burleson and the adjoining areas. The company provides online tutoring in schools and needs people who are proficient in the use of internet and related products and services such as Voice over IP, Webex, Adobe, PowerPoint etc. Any further technical knowledge or education related experience (as a teacher or tutor in Math) is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
The role will entail helping students if they have any problems logging into the program or starting a VoIP session, for online tutoring, and ensuring that the session runs smoothly. The coordinator may also need to coordinate with the online tutor or the school technical team or the technical support help-desk of the vendors if there is some persistent technical problem in any student joining in.
The sessions will be conducted in various schools in the Fort worth and adjoining areas and the coordinators will need to be present at the school(s), as per a pre-decided schedule, to help out. The position will entail between 10 and 15 hrs of work a week, primarily between 2 PM and 5 PM.
This is a contract position with remuneration at . The person will need to clear any federal and/or state background checks or verification, mandated by the school or school district.
