2003-2006 I owned my own LCO named More Time Mowing. I serviced both residential and commercial accounts as well as did some rental property make ready.
From September 2005-December 2006 I worked for Sabine ISD. As Grounds Maintenance. While with Sabine I helped keep with all grounds aspects from pruning trees, collecting garbage, mowing the grounds, weed eating, pruning bushes, and sports field preparation and maintenance.
2007-Aug 2008 I was the minister of the Craig church of Christ as well as owner and operator of Lawn and Grounds service by Patrick.
Aug 2008- Present I am the supervisor of Cart Services / Landscape of Oak Forest Country Club in Longview, Texas

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Property Preservation Field Tech, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in a wide array of home services that are critical to preparing homes to meet or exceed HUD specifications. At a minimum, you will be expected to be able to perform the following duties:
- Gain access to locked properties by picking or drilling out locks, without damaging property.
- Change locks and secure properties to prevent unauthorized access, including boarding windows and doors.
- Winterizing plumbing systems
- Perform inspections of properties for damages, hazardous materials, mold, etc. that prevent properties from conforming to HUD/FHA standards, and provide solutions and bids for remediation.
- Perform routine maintenance of assigned properties, including grass cuts, trash outs, and general cleaning
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- General handyman skills, including: light electrical, plumbing, framing
- Ability to work as a supervisor and coordinate crews and hire subcontractors
- Ability to perform bids
