I attempted to check in after making (and prepaying for) 3 nights over the pc, they attempted to charge me a 75.00non refundable fee for my hearing disability dog, whom is vested in very bright orange, with patches from the company whom trained us to work together.

The man at the desk then gave me a hard time, claiming they charged for all pets, refused to accept the difference between a service dog (even a guide dog! he said was a pet), and a pet dog.

Being as their corporate offices were closed, I charged back the fee on my card, and left as Arlington PD reported a 1-2 hour wait for a police officer to arrive. I plan to pursue this matter to all legal extents with ADA, and their corporate office on Monday. However I thought I would let everyone know that the Studio Plus in Arlington 2400 W. Lamar Blvd is discriminating against people with disabilities.
