Achieve a monthly revenue quota in data, phone and video sales. Design, develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits. Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking and industry events. Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysis to sales management. Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information and works with the account management
Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes.
Level of knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalency.
At least three years of related commercial building experience required.
Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C)
Must pass a background screening and drug screening
The purpose of this position is to maintain the integrity of City buildings by providing necessary maintenance services for the buildings. This is accomplished by making repairs and performing preventative maintenance. Other duties include installation, modification, repair, ensuring efficient operations of facility systems, performing carpentry duties and interfacing with other City employees and citizens.
Core Responsibilities:
Provides premier customer service to internal and external customers by responding to requests
Maintains City buildings by installing, modifying and repairing electrical wiring, light fixtures, plumbing, chiller / boiler operation experience and air conditioning and heating system components
Ensures efficient operations of facility systems by checking and servicing systems and changing air conditioner filters.
Performs carpentry duties by painting and plastering walls, repairing doors, wallpaper and sheetrock
Willing to travel to perform above maintenance to all City buildings

Selected candidates will attend paid basic training in Texas for 8 ½ weeks followed by technical specialty training.
