A room in a loving home would be ideal (fort worth or Denton area) To tell you about myself, I am a serious student at UNT who is very loyal, trusting, and hardworking. So I have an 2bed/2bath apartment on hold in Deep Ellum, across the street from Cafe Brazil on Elm Street - The Ambrose. I had someone to sign the lease with but given their personal situation I'm left looking for another roommate! My son and i currently live in a 1bdrm apartment in lewisville. Its extremely cramped and the guy under us smokes like a chimney. We got screwed when we go the apartment. We were shown a nive updated apartment and was changed at the last minute. we couldnt say no because we had already ended our other lease.

my son had TERRIBLE allergies and there person living under us is making him even more sick. my apartments wont let me break to the lease of course and they wont let me switch to another apartment with in the complex without a huge fee. ... its a mess really.

Anyway. I would like a house or townhouse would be perfect. 650 is the max i would be able to pay. I have bad credit but i am working on it (slowly but surely). i would like a 1 bedroom and den/study for my son. OR a 2 bedroom would be perfect.

and apartment would be fine too but i have not found decent apartments (mostly ghetto) for 650 or less AND accepting my credit...
