PREFERRED SALARY:
I would like to work no less then 20 hours per week. I charge $11 to $15 per hour for childcare depending on the number of children, frequency of care, and responsibilities. I�m willing to negotiate for the right family. Upon hire there would be a 2-week trial, at this time I would charge $10 per hour there after would be the agreed salary or hourly rate.

LOCATION: I would prefer a position that is in or near Ft Worth or Arlington. I am willing to travel approx. 30 miles or about 30 minutes for a position. If the distance is questionable, feel free to look it up (76109 or 76002). I am willing to travel a greater distance for the right family (travel compensation would be required).

AVAILABLE TO START: November 2009(I must give my current job a 2-week notice for change in my schedule).
*I am not available for the holidays. I will be out of town for Christmans through New Years.

PREFERRED LIVING ARRANGMENTS: Either live-in or live-out

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
1. Over the phone interview.
2. Schedule face-to-face interview with parents only at public place.
3. Verify and complete background check, employment history and references. (Family must provide references as well).
4. Set up 2nd interview to meet children and see the family�s home. Go over nanny agreement.
5. Offer/Deny position. (Sign nanny agreement).

I ask my potential employer to provide references as well. This would be from current employers, neighbors, and other household employees such as the landscaper, housekeeper, or previous childcare providers. The nanny agreement will be in contract form and signed by all parties before accepting any position.
