Hi there!
I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment or condo in the beginning of December in the Plano/Richardson area. I would like to live somewhere off of hwy 75 in either Plano or Richardson because I work in Mckinney and I go downtown a lot, so that would be in the middle of both. I am a 27 yr old SBF with no children, and a toy poodle. I love animals, so if you have a dog, cat, ferret, or whatever, I am down with that. But, because I work 10 hr shifts, I would prefer a place with a small yard for my dog during the day.
ME - I work at a vet hospital in Mckinney, I have been in Dallas for a month, so I really don't have furniture, and I rarely watch tv or listen to the radio. I do drink, but not to get drunk and make a mess. I like the place to stay pretty clean, but don't come into my room unless you are ready to see a war zone. I cook breakfast everyday, but I am not big on cooking dinner, so if that is what your looking for, keep looking. I DON'T smoke, nor do I like smoke, and I sometimes help out with different events in Dallas, so I am rarely home.
YOU - DOESN'T SMOKE! socially drinks, and does not have a million people over. I would prefer a female or gay male roommate. And, you know how to clean up. That is about all I am looking for, not a stickler on things except the smoke and noise.

Mid-career male professional, who travels two to three weeks a month for work, I need a bedroom with a closet, and a use of bathroom and laundry facilities. I don�t cook, eating outside of the apartment, and have no bad habits of any kind. Also, I have no pets and will not entertain anyone. I just need a place to store my clothes and sleep. Most likely, you will not even notice that I am there.

Usually, I leave around 6:30 a.m. and get back around 8-9 p.m., when in town, spending my time mostly either working or working out at Bally�s health club.

My guess is that I would best fit an empty-nester couple that has a spare bedroom, after the kids left on their own. But, sharing an apartment with someone who is leasing would be great too. As I will be there at most about one or two weeks a month, I am somewhat rent price sensitive.
