Position: We are looking for one motivated, disciplined individual with excellent coaching skills capable of enforcing policy with a respectful demeanor. You must have the ability to effectively transfer knowledge through “hands on training” in order to produce exceptional cleaning in the field. You will inspect clients’ accounts daily and effectively minimize cancellations.
Qualifications: Honesty above reproach; Experience in the janitorial, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, hospitality, healthcare or applicable sector required; You must have ‘HANDS ON’ experience and know how to clean carpet, strip and wax and clean. You will be required to perform/teach these skills to others. Drug free, felony free with no more than 2 moving violations on record in the past 2 years.
