Position#2 On site Job superintendent for small projects or Service electrician
• Must have minimum of 2 years experience running small commercial electrical projects.
• Must have current electrical journeyman license
• Must be able to run small commercial / industrial projects ranging in size from $5,000.00 to 100,000.00.
• Looking for person with a great personality. Must be able to get along with co workers as well as other trades and the general contractor.

• You will be required to report to our office located in the Mid Cities each day to pick-up material, tools and company truck.

• You will be required to order material, manage manpower, make on site job meetings, check in material, perform typical journeyman duties, work with tools when required, interpret and install electrical from blueprints, specifications.
• You should be able to take a set of drawings and with minimal guidance complete the project on time and under budget. We are looking for someone who is quick learner and ready to move up.
• Wage $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.

General duties include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dusting, cleaning glass, emptying trash cans, vacuuming, and sweeping and mopping tile flooring and other general cleaning duties.

As part of the inside sales team, you will help coordinate and execute Zep sales team strategies. The primary objective for the Inside Sales Representative is to reach out to previous Zep customers and sell the value and benefit of using Zep products. The Inside Sales Representatives will call, service and renew these inactive accounts with a goal of building mutually profitable business relationships for both the customer and Zep. The Inside Sales Representatives will set appointments for Field Sales Representatives if service needed exceeds the capability of the inside sales department. In addition, the successful candidate will:
•Make 75+ outbound calls daily to inactive, rolled business, and new customers with the specific purpose of selling them Zep cleaning & maintenance products while establishing and maintaining customer relations
•Target new business revenue of $1,000 per day
•Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals
•Educate customers on pricing and sell them on the benefits of using Zep products
•Cross sell and up sell products
