Our Utility Locate Technicians enjoy a wide array of benefits. Our “mobile office” approach to work means that you will never have the same day twice. Our Locators work from a company vehicle utilizing our state of the art ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete markout services for the excavator or property owner. This position requires you to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and use a company provided laptop to document and close all tickets. Our 48 hour turn around time on all “locates” means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends (as needed). These are daytime, full time positions and overtime may be required.

Qualifications: Honesty above reproach; Experience in the janitorial, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, hospitality, healthcare or applicable sector required; You must have ‘HANDS ON’ experience and know how to clean carpet, strip and wax and clean. You will be required to perform/teach these skills to others. Drug free, felony free with no more than 2 moving violations on record in the past 2 years.
Duties & Responsibilities: Supports the goal of ServiceMaster in providing exceptional service and quality work. Performs fire & water restoration, residential/commercial carpet, upholstery cleaning, duct cleaning, and general disaster cleanup. Training will be provided.

This position requires that you work overtime as needed. We are an emergency service company which requires you to be on-call nights and weekends on a rotational basis, and to be available without notice 24/7.
