Ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Minimum 2 years experience with customers in offset or digital environment
* Experience using Printer's Plan, PrintSmith or similar order entry software
* Promotional product knowledge and experience
* Exceptional customer service and time management skills
* Professional presentation and demeanor
* Familiarity with graphic language, terminology, layouts and file formats
