Equity Buy-Out Agents

Texas Lease Houses is a multi-faceted real estate company based in Tarrant County. We and our sister companies are involved in: property management; loan modification; mortgaging; credit repair; and equity buy-out (EBO). We are expanding the EBO side of our business and are looking for agents! This is a 1099 commission-only job with a very aggressive commission plan. In addition, performance bonuses are structured toward the building of your own real estate portfolio! Even though the EBO effort is a relatively new function at Texas Lease Homes, we anticipate our agents having very little problem achieving an income into six figures.

Like any job real estate-related job, your time will be split among the telephone, paperwork, and trips to call on clients at their homes. If you have an aversion to any of these activities, please don’t respond to this posting.

Qualities:

Desire to help folks avoid foreclosure;
You need to be very organized with a mind for detail and efficiency.
You’ll deal with peers and clients all day, so it’ll help if you’re friendly and tactful.
“Stick-to-it-ness” to follow deals through completion.

Knowledge and skills:

General knowledge regarding finance and residential real estate, but you don’t have to be licensed.
A bachelor’s degree isn’t necessary, but you’ll receive preference if you have one.
At least 2 years of inside/outside prospecting and selling.
