This can be a short term or long term living arrangement as you will rent on a monthly basis. Utilities include electricity, water, and tv/internet - and you will be responsible for 1/3 of the total bill. Your share of the utilities should average out to around $100 or less per month.

I am a bit hesitant to post an ad for a roommate on craigslist because of some of the crazy people I see on here but I am giving it a shot. I have a very nice four bedroom home in S. Arlington near Collins and Mayfield. My roommates both bailed on me this past wednesday with less than a week's notice and I need roommates who are responsible, clean, and willing to help out with some basic chores around the house. I'm not someone you'll find demanding unless you're just incredibly lazy. Usually one chore a week (vacuuming or doing dishes, nothing major) and I guarantee I'll be doing at least as much if not more. The bedrooms are not incredibly large but the living areas are HUGE. I have a 58in flatscreen HDTV, over 1000 DVD's, XBOX 360, PS2, and a monster sound system that is all at your disposal. I'm not that guy that's going to kick you off "my tv" because you're watching something I don't wanna watch. I've got a TV in every room so why fight? The house is very close to UTA, The Ballpark in Arlington, and Cowboys Stadium and literally a two minute drive to the Parks at Arlington and Arlington Highlands. With the exception of your bedroom I have the house fully furnished and it is quite comfortable with two sitting areas in the living room and the den. I am very laid back and easy to get along. I do drink and I am 420 friendly and so are all my friends so that is a must with any potential roommate. I don't allow anything harder in my home not because I discriminate but because it's simply impossible to trust someone with an addiction worth stealing for. The backyard is nearly a third of an acre and I've worked very hard to make the landscape look great. I am not willing to accommodate cats because I'm allergic but dogs are fine as long as they're friendly. I have a teacup chihuahua and several fish tanks and I love animals. I'm going to be building a patio and installing a hot tub within the next year and I could use some help. Now, a few questions for you....
Any felony convictions? This is not a deal breaker, but I need to know who I am letting into my life. Will you be able to pay in cash at the first of each month, or weekly if that's better for you? Do you think you will have any problems dealing with a roommate who treasures her privacy over anything else?

I'm Josh. I am a year away from getting my degree in biochemistry at UT at Arlington.

In south Keller, We are renting a 10x12 bedroom for 450 dollars that has a set of bay windows that points to the east. So when you wake you have a great view of the sunrise (partially because the house behind us is lower than us, and the room is on the second story.

Also we are renting a very large masterbedroom (16x14 sleep area with bathroom area 13x10 and walkin closet 8x10) for 650 dollars. In tha bath area, there is a jacuzzi bath, a separate shower, and a large mirror. The walkin closet has built in shelves.

This house was built in 2007. The house has arches, a large french door, and a living room with a 20 foot ceillng with large stone fire place. The kitchen has a stainless steel dishwasher and oven, smooth granite countertops, a marble tiled floor, a drop down ceilling trimmed out to the t. Upstairs, there a mini-bar with a mini-fridge. It's very modern.

I cook at home 100% of the time. I'm amazing at it. I make sour dough bread from scratch, the better steaks than most restuarants (I should know, I worked at outback and 4 other restuarants and now at pappadueax), pork roulade wich is a pork tenderloin filleted then stuffed and rolled with cheese, mushrooms and other ingredients.
