CH Reynolds Company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, who will be responsible for management and coordination of the build out of large multi tier/platform production parallel data center environments. This includes coordination of the build out activities of very complex and leading edge Cisco technologies.

The Sr. Project Manager serves as the senior CH Reynolds point of contact for all activities in the Dallas Texas region. They will manage personnel to plan and oversee the engineering, implementation and maintenance of IT systems in data centers for a Fortune 500 client.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

� Leverages data center management, LAN/WAN systems knowledge and ITIL best practices to assist the client in supporting data center operations and infrastructure deployments.
� Responsible for coordinating activities, managing and creating project deliverables, including but not limited to project plans, implementation plans, issues, risks, budget, dependencies, resource plans, milestones, status reports, metrics, etc.
� Engages regularly with client on strategic and tactical data center efforts, to include developing Statements of Work, business plans and requirements definitions.
� Leads complex projects have executive level visibility
� Develops forecasts and assessment based on the clients
� Oversees budgets for day-to-day operations and deployment activities
� Develops and executes project plans implementing new capabilities within the data center
� Interface with the global POCs for various upgrade projects
� Provides technical support in critical decision making efforts
� Develops solutions to optimize efficiencies use existing and new technologies
� Understands clients internal deployment processes and can leverage optimization
� Implement and enforce standard practices based on ITIL, CobiT and other specific industry best practices
� Communicates effectively with remote organizations using collaborative tools
� Develops new business opportunities
� Manages team leads across various disciplines to plan and deploy systems
� Daily supervision and management of CH Reynolds personnel, to include recruiting personnel to fill vacant positions, interfacing with the CH Reynolds support staff on personnel related manners, leading team meetings, deliver performance reviews, etc.
� Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills:

� Practical experience with project management utilizing the PMI methodology, with 15+ years in IT and 8-9 years experience managing large technical projects.
� Strong Project Management skills and experience with all aspects of project management deliverables, to include coordination, project change management, budgeting, manage risks, issues and dependencies. etc.
� Experience managing infrastructure projects is a must, with in-depth knowledge of Data Center technologies including cabling, Network, Storage (SAN/NAS), Databases, etc.
� Extensive understanding of all aspects of IT infrastructure is required. Must have participated in or led the building of a data center.
� Exposure and understanding of Data Center Environment Management; Experienced in providing expert advice relating to new IT rack expansion layouts, airflow management and containment, energy efficiency improvement, server configuration, low-voltage and fiber cabling, and data center best practices.
� Practical experience with ITIL Change Management, Configuration Management and Build/Release procedures
� Must be a team player committed to working in a continuously improving, quality environment
� Ability to manage multiple groups and drive the tasks to completion under very aggressive timelines. Must be able to supervise, lead and mentor people
� Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required
� Demonstrated excellent verbal/written communication skills.
� Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management.
� Ability to influence peers and customers without authority.
� Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential information.
� Proficient in MS Project, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Visio is a must

Education/Experience:
� Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent when combined with appropriate high performance data center experience.
� Minimum of ten years operations and maintenance experience in a Mission Critical/High Performance computing environment.
� Ten or more years of responsibility for operating IT and engineering-related activities in Data Centers, Operations Centers
� ITIL Foundations is highly desired
� CCNA, PMP and MCP certifications are a plus

* Workstation installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Preferrably have worked in the IT services industry providing solutions and support to clients

- Possess at least 3 years direct experience with installing, managing and support the above mentioned infrastructure
