$600 Professional 27 Male - w/ dog
dogs are OK - wooof
No little kids, sorry.
Out of college, working in business intelligence as a consultant, and I'm cool with whatever sexual orientation you are. I'm recently single, hence the post, and not really looking to bring over friends/family/girls/etc. I have a very close group of friends, whom are all very classy, professional, or musicians. I'm very athletic, love to go camping, climbing, etc.
He's an SPCA puppy I got him at two months and he's been heavily trained by me. He's a little over 70pds (he's just very muscular, by no means a massive dog) and is an extremely well behaved dog. No issues with chewing, begging, pottying, kenneled during the day (he's a little over one year so not quite there yet), very cuddly but also independent and does his own thing, also is very respectful and obedient. I don't reward him with treats ever and because of that he's simply doing things because he wants too. Definitely the coolest and smartest dog I've ever owned. He's great with all kinds of dogs, unless they are aggressive then he simply avoids them, and I don't know how he would act around a cat, he's never seen one up close. He's very on guard and protective of his surroundings and great with people. He's def a cautious little puppy, which is fine with me because it's not exactly a safe world out there. So basically he's an alarm system. (In the picture you'll see what he likes to do when he's sleepy, like a lap dog). I also use a proximity shock collar. I don't synch it down and he doesn't shock himself. He knows whatever it is he's not allowed to be on/near it. So yes I've trained him to stay away from certain rooms, objects, couch, etc.
2ndly I'm a music producer outside of work. I currently am a sound engineer for two labels and a loop and sample company, this is serious work where I'm networking with huge musicians all around the world. I have plans to tour Europe playing gigs soon, and I'm constantly working on new music and collaborating with other musicians. I do this all from home, I have been building my personal studio for the past few years. I think it would be beneficial for whom ever I'm renting from w/ doesn't mind music or is a musician themselves. No not dubstep. I generally do this from 430pm - 1030pm dependent on what kind of deadlines i have.
I've put 600 but I'd be willing to discuss more if it's right for me.
The biggest concern is being able to have a place for my studio and bedroom. One room, two rooms, whatever... I just need space to do what I'm passionate about and sleep. I'd prefer there be a lock on the door where ever my studio is.
Shoot me an email, the sooner the better, living with an x is very toxic.
