PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Management of all facility operations and procedures
* Hiring, training, supervision of qualified staff
* Development, delivery and evaluation of health promotion, incentive and other specialty programs
* Attainment of short and long term program goals
* Report generation and budget management
* Supervision and monitoring of exercise participants
* Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions and conduct first workouts for diverse populations, including high risk members
* Establish & maintain sound client relations.
* Development of annual strategic plan
* Oversee group exercise program and instruct classes
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS/BA in Exercise Science or a related field (MS/MA preferred)
* Minimum 3 years successful program management experience. Demonstrated success with integreated health promotion/wellness offerings
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Current CPR & first aid certifications required
* Strong organizational/management and communication skills
* ACSM certification a plus!
* Group Exercise skills are strongly desired.

Must have great customer service skills, be professional in attitude and attire, responsible, and be willing to work hard. Responsibilities include typical receptionist duties (answering phone, greeting customers, running register, making coffee, keeping the salon clean), and other salon management duties. Ideal position for college student with flexible schedule. Must be willing to work Saturdays. Salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. You must have a great personality!

PERMANENT SCAR CAMOUFLAGE
The AIIC technique for scar camouflage speaks for itself. Anyone who has been scarred for any reason reaps the benefits of this procedure. Color is mixed to match the skin surrounding the scar, ,then implanted into the scarred tissue. In some cases, the scar will actually seem to disappear.

PERMANENT EYELINER
Implantation of subtle shadowing in the lashline can mimic hundreds of tiny eyelashes, popular among men as well as women to achieve a very natural appearance.
