The Production Support Analyst role is to serve as an internal FSMB consultant to end-users, business unit managers, and project team members to provide the first level of technical support on all FSMB software and custom applications.
The Production Support Analyst will function as a key team player to ensure that reported problems associated with FSMB software and/or custom applications are:
• Recorded (logged) for tracking and reporting purposes
• Researched and analyzed for root cause and resolution determination, preparation, testing, implementation, and deployment
Education, experience, and skills requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in a related discipline preferred
• Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and technical support
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently and as a part of a team
• High level of interpersonal skills required with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent listening skills
• Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
• Technical knowledge of Crystal Reports, Adobe Acrobat, SQL, Visual Basic (VB), .NET, and/or C# is a definite plus
• Minimum of 3 years experience in:
o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
o Windows XP Workstation and/or Windows 2000 Professional
o In-depth PC technology knowledge
