I have a job that can be done in stages and I am posting it here for you to bid. I will supply the materials from Home Depot. You may need to go with me to get them.
Stage 1 - Add 100 Amp Subpanel. I have a 100 Amp breaker box - Square D from HD that I want to install adjacent to the existing main in the garage. You may have to rewire a couple of the existing breakers in the main to a thin circuit breaker in order to have room to add the sub panel.

Stage 2 - Add a GFI circuit for outdoor 110v hot tub and a second & third circuit for outdoor covered area (see pictures) and other outdoor uses. The outside service is directly opposite to the existing service in the garage.
There will be underground service from the outdoor service to the covered area. This distance is about 30 feet and the trench will already be dug. You will need to install a GFI on the brick wall and a 110 receptacle on the far post for the hot tub. Also in the trench, service will be installed for lights, fan and plugs in the covered area as well as for yard lighting.
		Stage 3 - Wire in one ceiling fan, 3 plugs, and 4 lights on the outside patio area.

Stage 4 - Add a separate circuit from the sub panel to an inside room in the house. This room is about 40 feet from the breaker box and is on an outside wall. You can use an existing plug in the wall if needed.
