I think the circuit board is fried. Has a 17.5 amp motor that I think is still good. You could make an electic car or automatic dog toy thrower. The best part is that it is free. It is by the mailbox, you cant miss it, it looks like a treadmill. Will delete this posting when its gone. Thanks
